Have somebody experience with e-root? Can I use it for a Q7/S1 watch?

i think to flash a custom recovery and use supersu for root is better from all the SW that root the watch most of them do'nt work well with 5.1 watches and they mostly install crap on the watch. I also have the S1 watch and i want to root it because even thought it has sd card you can put most apps on it":/ so i want to root it especially for that reason.
