I have my LES2 paired with my work iphone. I get text & call notifications when they come in. However, when I receive an email I do not get a notification. Is this by design or am I just not setting something up correctly?

why not install directly on the watch?

You have to choose the App notification on your phone or you can install your mail App on your watch like Sonia propose.
