E15 (ID-469A) SMARTWATCH and Tefiti app

I’ve been using this combo with a MotoGfast for the last 2 months and, 3 days ago the connection (Bluetooth) was dropped and I’ve been unable to reestablish it no matter what I tried.
Could someone throw me a lifeline to help resolve this issue?

Gramps this is not a Full Android Watch (FAW) so unless someone on this FAW forum, just happens to own this watch, I doubt if anyone here can help you.
