Thanks Sonia. I did this too. But in my case, Windows doesn’t show me the watch like you. I only see in the device administrator an error with usb port, like in the Picture. I am lossing my faith. I think this problem doesn’t have a solution.

Maybe i didn´t explain me well, but my smartwatch is bricked. It doesn´t work. I can´t see if it´s power on and have black screen.

Thanks Sonia, but i tried that several times. I have stock rom from Finow Q3. I used flash tool with download, firmware update, and format all+download, but when i connect the smartwatch, FT do not do nothing. I tried in another computer, delete FT folder but nothing. Windows allways said me the same error.

I don´t know because i can´t see charging. When it´s connected the screen is allways black.

No sounds. But, when i connected to pc, Windows try to recognize it, and show the error that explain before.

i’m sorry i have a dead watch (fell into water) and yes the pc try to recognize it but the watch is dead no charging nothing tried to flash it and still nothing.

I´m sad Sonia, but thanks for your answer. I need a new smartwatch. Wich is it the best? I would like a long battery life. I´m thinking in Amazfit Pace. What do you think?

I´m sad Sonia, but thanks for your answer. I need a new smartwatch. Wich is it the best? I would like a long battery life. I´m thinking in Amazfit Pace. What do you think?

sorry for your watch, i do’nt like none android watches they are very limited, for me the S1 does a great job, true it is’nt a premium watch but i am pleased with battery life, i use 3g 24\7 and gps\wifi for more than 10hr and i get about 24hr of usage, i’m with the q7 rom without doing the updates and i am really plzed, i had the d5+, x3+ and kw99 they all were great but with 3g on i got about 12hr with out gps and barely wifi and in saving power mode and flight mode i get 24hr and that was not good for me as i use mainly the watch for 3g and workout. the H2 got great battery result on a YT video. the i4 air also has good battery life ( capt jon )
