You can download on the web from your computer and copy to the watch in the clockskin folder.

Clockskin transfer will work. Download and install it on your watch:
-ClockSkin Transfer1.4.apk - Google Drive
After that, you can push faces from your tablet to your watch. Make sure that your tablet and your watch are using the same WLAN.
