@JOHN_WELSH what’s your tracking number lets see if I can find it for you I have few apps that might locate it? Cause u said ur checking it on the DHL one right, even thou your tracking number might be right it could be a possibility that DHL havnt received it
5253164840. Problem is Emily has told me it hasn’t shipped. So you won’t find it no matter how hard you look. I must now have sent over 20 messages to them since the response above and they haven’t responded at all. Also I notice the link I bought from the price is now £225GBP. Not a great first experience of finow. I bought a kw88 as well and it’s on its way from gearbest. Reckon it’s time to cancel and just get another make.
I notice since i posted that about the price yesterday it’s gone back down. Also I emailed Finow direct. I’ll post their response if I get one. Lol. But yes that was my thoughts too!

I ordered x3plus in gearbest via dhl. It has an additional 11usd and it came with in 5days.
I’ll save judgement till mine arrives. Could just be a dodgy one.

The Tracking on DHL stucks on "Shipment Notification received " since 2 days now. In Germany this state usually means that DHL is informed to pick up the parcel, nothing else. It doesn’t mean that the parcel has been transported one metre.
