Does somebody has ordered an X5+ on 11.11. via DHL? Today is 17.11. and DHL further says Tracking ID is invalid. What happen there?
Where did you order it? They often use small chinese forwarders in china and you see only trackin information if it is already in germany.
Before that you have to check it on according chineese site. e.g. gearbest is sending many packages trough sky56 http://www.sky56.cn/english/track/index
tracking number is the dhl tracking number
That’s why I used the expensive DHL Option (€ 27,61 / 8-17 Days). I have ordered directly on “Integrity-Superb-Cooperation”. Jessi Lin recommended in another thread to use DHL Option for fast delivery.
Same here, still cannot track package, so it’s not shipped out yet I think.
Guys dw yours should be on its way few days longer maybe because I ordered mine with GearBest on the 7th, processed on the 8th and got shipped on the 11th it said I got mine today but it was thought yodel, but I just think because I ordered it 7th and you guys ordered it 11th maybe few days should be here btw I got kw88

As I said on original x5 plus post from Jessie they have told me it’s due to a bug in the firmware. I’ve had a tracking number for over a week but they haven’t actually shipped it. They don’t respond to any messages. Not happy.
Where they get the DHL ID from?

Don’t worry, you can ask seller for extending protection for next 2 weeks.
Why I should do this? Don’t understand me wrong, but I have paid more than 20€ for a fast shipping. Refund is the better option for me than waiting until next year.
