My Q7 is currently bootlooping, but I’m having the same problem myself with both my LEM5 and LEM4 and the Q7 was doing the same thing before the bootlooping started. Called ATT and they said that the IMEI is invalid on my LEM5. But its never been changed and this watch used to work on their network. I’m using a brand new ATT nano SIM that is provisioned for both data and voice. I get 3 out of four bars of 3G signal, and have double and triple checked all the APN settings, but the watch will not connect to the cellular network. Same readouts in the About Phone menu and same error message that you are getting. I believe the problem is that the ATT nano SIM is a 4G SIM, and so I tried purchasing the one cent SIMs from Amazon for LycaMobile and H20 mobile. While I havent’ purchased a prepaid number with either of those carriers online yet, the problem with the SIM not connecting to the network seems to have gone away. Is it because these SIMS are also provisioned for 3G? Whereas the ATT SIM is only 4G? I don’t know the answer, as my understanding of these issues is poor at best. But for now, although I have SIMS and phone numbers for each of my three smartwatches, NONE can currently be used with existing carrier for voice and data. Very frustrating.

did not understand are the watches in a bootloop or the sims are’nt working?
Although the bootlooping has ceased, the Q7 still will not connect to the ATT network. So far, due to faking and later re-applying the original IMEI to my LEM5, now it works fine for voice and data on ATT. Originally, ATT technical support group (I think they’ve farmed this department out to Assurion) told me that the LEM5 original IMEI did not register as a valid IMEI on their network. Apparently, rooting and then using Chamelophon I was able to assign it a randomly generated IMEI that did pass muster with ATT, and from what I can tell, that was the only thing keeping them from provisioning the inserted Nano SIM correctly. Afterwards, I was able to revert to the original IMEI with no problems. Today’s project is to look on here for how to root the Q7 and attempt to repeat the process.
Bigger question, and I’ve seen it asked elsewhere, and have searched online, on eBay, Ali, Amazon, and everywhere else for hours to no avail:
Where on earth can I get a replacement charging cable?
I lost mine on a commercial airline flight and for a month now have been using a velcro strap to smush it up against one of my spare LEM5 cradles for charging and data transfer. And let me tell you…it’s not good.

for the Q7
www.aliexpress.com/store/product/Finow-X5-X5-plus-Q3-Q3plus-Lem5-Smart-Watch-Charging-Dock-Charger/2130161_32796053056.html?spm=2114.12010610.0.0.6e3b5965nXn4Mxand ask them for a Q7 charger the 'll send you one.
So I checked back again and realized I had missed the one response I did receive in the AliExpress system, which was from the Finow Company Store Rep, who simply confirmed my suspicions by saying that they did not carry any replacement chargers suitable to work with the Finow Q7, did not know where I should look or who I should contact to find any, and was sorry but he could not be of any help.
And I’ve looked far and wide for these things every week since I got the watch when it first came out earlier this year and promptly lost the bundled charger on an airline flight to Alaska.
Does anyone here in the Proboard have some goodwill or leverage or special connections to get us Q7 (and LF17 owners too, right?) owners replacement non standard 4 pin curved magnetic adhesion USB cables? Or another source?
