He’s deleted another post and is completely ignoring me
I can see the hand so it’s progress indeed
@Alessandro_Limonta
Hi, Version 4 is exactly the same as version 3 and version 2 at 46% battery there is no power hand visible…I expect there would be if the watch was nearly fully charged…
It isn’t just a simple X,Y offset - there is something else going on.
Wait and see what the hand does as the battery level drops…
Yes, I’m using the right files - pablo has a different result because his battery is 97% charged
@Alessandro_Limonta
Not from me I hope, I don’t have one…
it’s very easy to correctly position the power hand with a fully charged battery
I just hope you’ve cracked it - I’m not going to admit how many hours I wasted
@Samsung_Galaxy - I thought you has just one that was working ?
@Alessandro_Limonta
Sorry, I misread that
I thought you meant Tissot with a working power hand
I don’t have a link, it’s a file I found via google when I first got the KW88
Therefore I don’t know who owns it
How do I get the file to you ?
@Samsung_Galaxy
The file is Ferrari2Red_kw88v2.zip
I don’t know if V2 suggests it was written for the later firmware ?
I don’t know if it came from a google+ community either - I just downloaded anything I could find with KW in the name
Dump it in your google drive folder and share the link
@Pablo_Eleven_Pablo11
I haven’t been on google + before and I’m on a pc… can I still use google drive ??
Apologies to the author for lack of credit…
@Alessandro_Limonta
Hi, from memory I think it could be slightly better calibrated - I’ll have to run it for a day to be more accurate…
@Alessandro_Limonta
Ok, just charged to 100% and on the ferrari face the power hand is exactly on 100
It’s a 360 dial btw
I’ll run it down and report back
The accuracy is better than I thought:
when the needle is at 100% the battery is 100%
when the needle is at 75% the battery is 74%
when the needle is at 50% the battery is 50%
when the needle is at 25% the battery is 26%
I can’t check at 0% obviously
Maybe the needle isn’t exactly central ?
I guess if it was moved up a pixel or two, it might be more accurate ?
