DM368 is unrecognised on PC

Yes, I did install the drivers, I have every driver yet the device is not recognised by the computer. My machine is running Windows 10, I am trying to recover my device from a bad update.

go over the link i gave you if that does'nt work install drivers and try the link again: /thread/193/install-vcom-drivers-smartwatches-win10

if you still having problems that mean you have a problem with the charging dock.

Got a new charging dock, still same problem…

Got a new charging dock, still same problem…

I have the same problem with my zeblaze thor. I installed all drivers (Windows 10; disabled driver signature) but Windows does not even recognize the watch as unknown. I also tried it on my Windows 7 laptop: the same!

Looks like it is a common hardware problem with these Chinese watches…

as i understood from one manufecturer the problem is with the new FWs and only an update will fix the problem.

Great… How to update if there is no ota?!
But i dont think its an Firmware issue. Then it should affect every watch on this Firmware. Do you have further informations?
