The basis of this dial is its legibility.
I try it for 2 days and at full brightness it is very legible in the sun, at half brightness, for example at home, and when you completely dim it, it doesn’t burn into your eyes at night. It has only basic functions. That the date is visible above the big hand is intentional.
It has a yellow tint
