In fact, after receiving this watch on May 16, it was working very well and suddenly it stopped, it had started with the discharge of the battery, it only lasted between 8 or 9 hours of Temperaturen. After putting full charge, it stopped working, black screen, wrong code for opening the watch and despite all the attempts, I don’t know what to do, I need your help please.

Well, it’s an Android 9 device. We don’t support this device. I can’t help you, sorry.

There’s probably a reset to factory icon somewhere, you can try that. That’s all we can propose, as @G1NT0N1C said, we don’t support those watches and don’t have the fw.
