Can anyone make this Seiko watch face?

I wore this watch for 15 years. It’s a Seiko Tachymeter Chronograph 100m. Model number 35HO-G-C. Mine is blue, but they did one in black as well. Would be nice to have it as an option to choose on my Prime.
