Can anybody make an Omnitrix watch face version?

Can anybody make an Omnitrix watch face version? It would be pretty nice I found this background but it’s not in HD. Anyway I use it to give you an idea of what I want. Thank you!

Something like this?

The 1 0 is the day (10th)
The yellow hands show hour, minute and second.
The small orange square (left) shows the battery level.
