Camera is not opening

In my Lem10 camera is not opening but with an error “Can’t connect to the camera. Please make sure to close other apps that may use the camera or flashlight”.

This issue occurred a few months back, I factory reset and this issue was fixed but now again when this error occurred, I 've reset my lem10 almost 3 or 4 times but i’m only getting this issue.

Has my watch broken?

Does it work after every reset ? If so then it wont be a hardware issue .
If it is a hardware issue you probably have a loose connector inside . Maybe worth carefully opening up the watch to have a look
If its firmware i would flash with the latest version ( i would try this first anyway )
