I’m Gopu, I am using Kospet Optimus 2 for the past six months. After crossing fourth month, I am facing the camera error.
I have tried, clear data of the camera app and factory reset nothing happen still the camera error is persist.

Can anyone tell why it was happened?
How can I resolve the issue?
Since you have already reset it, I assume there is a hardware defect. With this watch there are sometimes problems with the camera’s flex cable. If it is only 4 months old, you should contact the seller and ask for a replacement.
Did you buy it directly from Kospet?
In this case there should be no problems.

At 4 months, it should be possible to get something sorted out.
