BT connection problem

Hi there!


I have kw88 for a few days and I have the latest soft installed. MY phone is LG V30 with android 8.

The problem is that i cannot connect via BT with any app. not M2D, not WiiWear od even  WiiWatch assistant.

the watch still shows notification “connected to V30” and then "disconnected "

1 and just tried 2. still nothing. and it is kw88. devices are not pairred. wiiwatch 1 crashing when try to connect

unpair them and only try to connect them via the app and not via bluetooth.

They are not paired via bt

remove the app and reinstall it on the phone and try to connect them again via the app.
