You can flash with spflashtool.

Oups sorry, I noticed your message a bit late. Anyway thank you and yes, I found your link.

I have problems with bootlop too. After fw upgrade battery is quickly drained and after that all i get is this bootlop with baloon. But after few second with baloon is turned off, and i can see that screen is from time to time blinking with backlight…And after cca 10-15 sec there is baloon again and then started again. Now…
When i connect watch to my computer for flashing with kw88 turned off, all i get is connecting sound that disconnecting sound again and again…So i can t get start flashing because kw88 did not recognized by computer. Any other solution with this kind of problem please?

make sure to connect the watch after you press download and watch is off.

I have the same problem on a KW88 less then 2 months old. About to send it back as it never stays on long enough to reset it or connect to computer before it restarts. Even when switched off it turns itself back on if it has enough power.
Been told to remove battery but wondering if it’s worth doing or just send it back.
Looking for a guide to see how involved it is.
Any advice most welcome

do'nt understand, the watch is off and turn itself on?

Yes that’s right
If it has enough power it will turn itself back on.
Been away for a week & it started the day before I left so had to wait till it drained the battery by itself as it was over 60% charged.
If I switched it off it would just turn itself back on & if I left it alone it would run for about 30 seconds then switch off & start all over again. Watch is also getting hot all the while so had to stay up with it like a sick child waiting till it drained itself. Got back today & thought it would be OK but still stuck in this loop even with a tiny charge or when connected to a PC

it sounds a hardware problem and not SW, if you can replace it , it would be better but if not, try to open the watch and see if it sits well. sounds like the buttons are pressed. battery gets hot is not normal.

Just back from posting it off for a refund. I did open it up but couldn’t see anything.
Just now trying to decide what to do next as I see SmartWatch Ticks has posted a new watch video on YouTube. Thanks for your help

if you can wait it is better more watches should come out in these coming month espacially for the summer.
