Hello. I am new to this forum. Recently I have X5 Air and I have a problem with BT. Every few minutes, he breaks the connection with the phone saying “Turn off BT when idle for using a long time” and then reconnects after a while. And so again and again. What can you do about it?
This situation occurred after the update from the settings
X5 Air-v.s.171206-1512528792
Restoring factory settings did not solve the problem. Maybe there is an update or system overlay.

let me check about it...

I have the same problem. Bluetooth connection to phone disconnects every minute.
It is the problem with latest update, before I didn’t have this issue.

I think the update is no longer available from Finow . Doesnt appear for me . Maybe the already know its not right

Me too, it started after last OTA update.

the head developers is in contact with finow and he is informed about the problem with the x5 air update and most likely they stopped the ota updates for now. we will inform you with any news as soon as we can:)

Welcome back.

I also noticed that the gravity sensor does not work properly and not always wrist movement raises the clock screen.
