Blank screen / no display on my Lemfo LF16 / DM368

I have a problem whereby my Lemfo LF16/DM368 screen went totally blank with no display. The watch however was functional as I can feel it vibrate when I try to turn it off via the physical button.

Can someone help me on how to restore the screen display back. Thank you

did you try to disconnect the battery (be careful how you do it)? the last solution is to flash the watch with the FW.
