Best APPS to change DPI screen size resolution for watch

Hi guys,

Anyone know a good app to change DPI screen resolution? My watches are too new and can’t be rooted right now so some my apps cannot be used. The screen to small to click on things.

Any easy no root app that can change DPI? Thanks

Can you go into accessibility and turn on maginify. You might have to tap the screen 3 times and then scroll (two fingers) to exact spot. This is what I did on Android 7.1.1
