Best Aliexpress cheap device

I have a sudden urge for one of those ultra clone shitters with fake specs and 0 support. You know exactly what I’m talking about. I understand they are all basically made from same parts but I’ve noticed slight differences after lurking around here. I bet someone here tried at least a few of them. Which one sucks the least so i could get it on 11/11 sale? DW100? ALSO most of them ask you to choose size as in 4GB 32GB up to 16GB 256GB. Does this choice makes any difference or you will receive same specs regardless the choice? Have a great day everyone. Best regards

First of all, welcome to the forum. I must admit that I don’t really like your wording. My advice to you is: If you consider these watches to be junk, don’t buy them.

Effectively there is at the moment many smartwatches on the market with fakes spécifications : screen size, Android version, memory, etc.. You can do as me : order, test and return-refund, or not order at all.

All Zhanrui/UNISOC/8541E/9832/W377(E) chipsets are

Android 8.1 (Some are Go edition), with whatever android number fake spec

Memory/Space is almost always 3/32 or 2/32 but older ones like CDS9, CD20, CD100, DW99, GS37, JC02 can be also 2/16 or worst case 1/16 with TFT screen. Only in weird cases you MIGHT find a real 4/64, probably asking to direct sellers in Alibaba for example. Not in Aliexpress for sure.

You can get chinese focused watches like CD20MAX or S16B with a much better UNISOC chipset called W527, then again it’s hard to find them in overseas markets as they don’t tend to have usable bands for calling. They come in 3/32 or 4/64 with Android 9 or 8.1, upgradeable through GSI (If that’s your thing) up to Android 13 without big issues.

Sorry about that. Terminology shitter is commonly used in regular none smart watch forums and it means something like super cheap Asian watches with no quality control but a dirty pleasure and used just as a toys or daily beaters usually inspired by upmarket brand designs. Which i thought fits the description and considering this forum is about the watches as well terminologies would be similar. I wasn’t thinking about negative implications.

I’d love to buy one and that’s why I’m asking here. Unfortunately there’s 0 documentations about them on english speaking internet. Only other source was south asian which feels paid reviewed. And as you know you can’t trust direct source sellers because they lie upfront.

I thought its virtually impossible to do that on AliX. I tried it once and delivering it back to china would have costed me same if not more as an item that i have bought.

Thank you for answering my question. I appreciate it. Do you happen to know any trusted sellers?

Which one are you looking for? Keep in mind they all are almost the same, maybe with fingerprint (DW100 Pro/Pro+ or Ultra 3 MAX) or just a bigger battery (CD12)

I have no way of getting chinese watches at the moment, but you can ask to a seller in Alibaba if they can get one

May be depending of your country… In Europe absolutely no problem with Aliexpress :return is free of charge and refund in 2 days after shipping…

I have edited the title of this thread, just because I have been reported to Google Ads Services regarding publicly visible bad language.

I know it’s petty, but we have to survive and if we lose Google Ads, it is just not possible.

Thanks for understanding.

I bought a CD20 Smartwatch from Aliexpress and it worked ok for 2 months. Then, suddenly, when powered on, it only displays “Hello” on screen and won’t boot further. I tried holding the side button for 10 seconds, but that only reboots the watch. Pressing the side button 13 times really quickly, according to the manual, supposed to reset the watch but unfortunately nothing happens. Is there any way I can boot this watch into recovery mode so I can reset it? It has no volume buttons. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Flashing the firmware might solve your problem, but we don’t have it. You can try to open your watch and disconect the battery. This should work too, but I have no idea how easy or hard it is because I don’t own this watch.

Thank you for replying! I tried to connect the watch to PC and use adb tools, but, it didn’t work. Could this be because the charger of this watch only has 2 pins but needs to have 4? Also taking the back of the watch might be difficult but thank you for the suggestion; I’ll try it as a last resort. All I want to do is get into recovery mode somehow…

A 4-pin cable is required to connect to a PC.
