I’m going out on a limb here, and I might be very wrong but I Think you need root with magisk manager and fix the safetyNet check and also “hide root” from there. Not easy fix if there is no magisk root for your watch, better to use a non-rooted phone for banking. If magisk isn’t available then possibly other fixes avail at xda
same issue with app Google pay.
