[ASK] is this watch is supported here? the manufacturer stole my design posted in here and use it without permission. any suggestions?

If it’s China, you can’t do nothing. Also since you publicly posted your watch face it means you gave your permission to be used by others (people or company)
@Julian_H_Jharrvis Sadly - this happens all the time. Hopefully the Brand owner will go after them and teach them a lesson. We don’t support this watch. Who makes this? Is it No.1 ??
This is why I encourage all face designers to digitally “watermark” their work. Then if you have proof it is yours you can serve them a cease and desist under DMCA - if it is your original design.
However - if it is a Brand owned design (I think this is a SEVENFRIDAY design) you stand little to no chance. BUT - the brand owner can and probably will go after them.

@Cristea-Antoniu_Crac Contrary to popular belief, ALL images on the internet are copyrighted unless explicitly stated otherwise and many countries honor “International Copyright”.
@Russell_Hippert thanks mate - this is always a source of endless confusion. I think we will have to make a write up about it.
One of the main bug points is a case like this above. It is an homage to SevenFriday and so the copyright ownership is blurry. There are 2 issues now - first from @Julian_H_Jharrvis who did a great job here at producing his interpretation of the original design.
Secondly the Brand name themselves having their material used as bait to add value to a third party watch.
So - it is sticky and we could do with some real clarification around it. Bit of a job - but worth it I think…

@Julian_H_Jharrvis I think this explains everything. You donated the face to KingWear and it has been released into the wild. Once you donate a face to a manufacturer - it’s gone.
