App Not Installed Lem16

Using OK Google to set alarm or timer, it responds and says “alarm will go of at…” But it never does. I note when I do so it also says "app not Installed ". What app?

hello, I’m new in the forum, I hope I wrote in the right section, otherwise I apologize in advance, I have a Lemfo LEM 16 and every time I open the Google assistant with my voice, the system freezes and I have to do a forced restart with the up button. This happens to me only when i launch google assistant with voice (i installed apk from play store to use shortcut on my whatch Face/Skin). Is it a bug in my Firmware 1.4 or something else? I see there are many experts here, I look forward to your advice. Thank you.
