Apk's will not install on X5 plus

Hi,
Have been trying to install Eric’s Launcher on my X5 plus.
Installer picks up the app however install button seems to be inactive.

I then tried a few other APK’s and the same thing seems to be happening.

Has anyone come across this issue. No doubt It’s something that I have done, just not sure what.

Appreciate any direction.

I thinks I have sorted it. I had circle launcher installed. Once I uninstalled and rebooted all was good.

I reinstalled circle launcher and again install for other apps was disabled again.
