Antique Omega Pocket watch. Or not?

This watch confuses me. First I found an Omega Pocket watch from 1900. Then a second Omega, with the same animation. But from 1880. Then watches from other brands, all supposedly over a hundred years old, with exactly the same animation. There are antique watches of different brands, many of which were auctioned off. As real originals.
I suspect that these are antique watches that have been modified to increase the price. I think in the 1990’s.
If anyone knows the solution to the puzzle - I would be very interested.
