For sure it’s possible to exchange ambient clock elements but we need a direcory for them in the memory. Someone find it?

You can try to add it but it will not work even with root.
This is because the ambient face is hard coded to the system in various places and has kernel dependencies.

Bottom line is no.

Has anyone experienced 'ALWAYS TIME ’ BEING 3-4 MINS OUT OF SYNC WITH A NORMAL CLOCK FACE TIME ??

Yes and that is normal on all android 7.1.1 watches .
