Just noticed neither pedometer or wrist screen on is working.
Have latest 1.6 firmware.

Watch just been in use 2 weeks so I’m pretty sure it’s been like this from the beginning.

that means the watch was faulty from the begining, if you can return it and get full refund or replacement that would be better.
