About the Round Android SmartWatch Community and Forum

The Round Android SmartWatch Community and Forum (RASC) was founded by developers and enthusiasts to give users an organized and unified online resource targeted specifically towards round Android smartwatches. RASC was created do to organizational and adaptability issues found on major general Android forums that led to 8000 post threads, and important information being buried. While initially the RASC started with but a couple members and three supported watches, the community quickly grew to almost 10,000 members and almost a dozen supported watches in less than nine months. Considering the relative obscurity of Android smartwatches in general, that says a lot.

We give the end users and the supported smartwatch brands;

  • The single largest archive of round Android smartwatch firmware and support files anywhere (over 30GB and growing)
  • Hours of walk through videos and guides
  • Reviews of the latest round Android smartwatches on our YouTube channel
  • Multi-brand support and trouble shooting
  • Moderate and maintain the largest Android smartwatch G+ community
  • Give hands on experience for almost a dozen different smartwatches
  • Perform firmware and OTA vetting and testing
  • Release exclusive TWRP custom recovery releases, apps and watchfaces
  • Working with the brands to help catch issues, provide knowledgeable support, and improve their products

We do all these things without funding from any of the brands to eliminate the chance of bias. We don’t stop there either. We are always looking for new brands and innovative smartwatches to provide support for, and to help grow the community. We are reliant on donations of samples from watch manufacturers as we tried to work using donations only - but we don’t receive any near enough to fund watches to help you guys.
This limits the watches we can help with but we don’t really have a choice.
