sir please help Im having trouble of my kospet optimus pro the camera is not working. when I open the Camera it cant connect. so I decided the re format the watch but still its not working

My heart rate led lights blinks every 2 seconds when in contact with my wrist. As a result, it cant read my heart rate. Unless i lift the watch off my wrist before it works.
Anyway to fix pleeas?
