A novelty watch face for Harry Potter fans…
In the simulator I think that this looks great… BUT… on the D5 it doesn’t (visually) work.
I made a black mask overlay that gives the impression of the smoke changing shape… as the train rolls around and the light at the front uncovers a three-headed dog, dementors, a 9 3/4 sign and a train station… but it’s just too much fine detail for the watch display (unless you use a magnifying lens!)…
I think it looks great, I think the sim makes it all look bigger. on the D5 it’s the real scale and unless you have really good eyesight… (which I don’t!) I couldn’t get on with the sim, so I do it all long hand…
