A Message From LEMFO about the LEMX

Hi all,

LEMFO ( www.lemfo.com ) are responding to customer feedback received about the LEMX screen.
Firstly, the LEMX assembly process has been changed to make sure this problem does not happen again.
Secondly a plan has been approved to compensate you if you are affected by this issue.
We believe this is a very positive and welcome move from LEMFO in respect of customer service and satisfaction.
If you have received a production LEMX with a screen that is not straight - the following options are available for you:

Customers with an obvious, unacceptable screen alignment

a)Please send a copy of your receipt/order number and a good quality photo of your watch to aliexpress_service@lemfo.com if you purchased from LEMFO Aliexpress store. If you purchased from any other store - including the official LEMFO website - please email to order@lemfo.com
b)LEMFO will respond to legitimate claims and refund a payment of $10 USD towards return postage.
c)Once you have this reply from LEMFO you can post your watch to them with a tracking number.

Please do not use DHL or similar premium service – it is not required.
Please use regular, tracked parcel post. Once the tracking number reports that the watch has arrived in China Customs department – your replacement LEMX will be posted to you.
This should expedite the process as it is understood that a quick response is needed.

Customers with a slight screen alignment problem

We don’t have a photo showing this, but it has been reported that some LEMX watches have been received with a much less serious alignment problem. If you are one of these people – the following applies:

a) Please send a copy of your purchase receipt and a good quality photo of your watch to aliexpress_service@lemfo.com if you purchased from LEMFO Aliexpress store. If you purchased from any other store - including the official LEMFO website - please email to order@lemfo.com

b) While it is not as serious - it is recognised that a slight mis-alignment of the screen can also be an issue for you - so you will have a choice if your case is accepted:

Choice 1: A refund of $15 USD will be made to you as compensation and you keep the watch.

Choice 2: You decide you not happy with the screen and you want to return it. In this case LEMFO will decide how to deal with it. If it is not serious, you may need to pay for the return postage, but your watch will be replaced.

Any of the above options will only be available if your photo indicates that a problem exists, and you have proof of purchase.
