yes this is what had happened to me. try connecting it to the charging base while connected to your computer. continue to restart it with the centre button as you normally would. try removing the charging base while restarting.

Maybe a stupid comment, but could it be that there’s still a protective foil over the watchface and that’s causing this problem?

I found the jou tube that restarts without kokpjutera, keep the middle and the top button until it comes out 8 lines written in Chinese, the top button move to the 6 line where it says mmc, and then click the middle button, go out again, again midrange label button and smart watch is reset
