smartwatch with fast charge?

Hi,

does anybody know if some of the chinese (and thus cheaper) smartwatches have a kind of fast charging system?
seems to me, that most of these android watches have MTK chips (MTK6580 etc.). Some SD 400er series.
Do they have PumpExpress, QuickCharge, VOOC or something like that?

It would be nice during a hike to just take a PowerBank with and charge the phone in 15 to 30 min at a rest somewhere (if necessary).

Since I never get enough battery life, fast charge would be great!

They should really consider this technology in the future.
