Problems with Kospet prime 2 can't get notifications from messages

i couldn’t receives any notification from Facebook messages or Instagram messages or weather app notification too…

is anyone have same problems with this?

Which are we taking about, Notifications from watch apps or mirrored from your phone ?

The apps you are using . Have you turned them off so they run in the background ? This isually is the problem . As soon as the screen sleeps so does the app

Kospet prime 2 watch droid

The optimizer kills background jobs. Go to app drawer: Optimization->CleanTask->Click the text to enter the list of apps Be sure to locate the Watch Droid in the list and disable it, so it won’t be ‘Optimized’=killed. Do same for any other app you would like to stay active as background process.
