My new D5+ came 2 days ago, all working fine , nice watch, until i test the Heart Rate Sensor, the sensor light’s up but always fail measuring. What can be the problem?
Hold down your finger while measuring.
If there is no contact, your sensor can’t measure.
Yes i do that and nothing, always the same error…
Have you made a reboot?
If no, reboot your watch, touch your finger on the sensor and start measurement.
After some seconds it should show your HR.
Early X3+ watches have the same issue. Reboots, resets, firmware flashing do not fix the issue. I suggest exchanging it.
