Is there anyway too have predictive text on the kw99 please ?

Yes like the keypad on the phone,but I can’t find any option for it on the kw99

I would think it would be in your keyboard app settings and not a setting in the watch itself. Find a keyboard that has the option and try it. I’m not sure they all do.
as capt jon said it is in the keyboard itself settings, i use this keyboard:
