Por favor me ajudem. Comprei um finown q1 e instalei um aplicativo nele que corrompeu a interface de sistema agora ele ta travado. Preciso fazer um hard reset nele ou Formatar. Me ajudem pois nao sei fazer isso Alguem conhece algum jeito de entrar no modo recuperacao e formatar???

@Nata_Kimberly tens de fazer flash ao firmware. Vê no YouTube os vídeos do smartwatch ticks que ele tem uns quantos a explicar como fazer para update de firmware. Podes também procurar no xda, na thread do finow. Não sei se no Q1 se faz da mesma forma que no X5 por exemplo…é experimentares.
Isto tudo se não conseguires fazer factory reset no menu do próprio relógio, claro.
