@Muscolone One of the Moderator’s will be able to tell you exactly what is required. But I believe you would have to obtain the permission of whoever first designed the skin to modify it and re list it. And credit would have to be given to the original designer of the skin. Cheers, Doons

If it’s a face that another face designer has done, you’ll need his permission before publishing a download link. If you publish it, you have to mention him.
If it’s a face from the playstore it’s not allowed to publish it here.
