Mobile network issue When using my mobile 3g network (T-mobile) on my D5,

Mobile network issue

When using my mobile 3g network (T-mobile) on my D5, I can not make calls or access the network. The indicator in setting recognizes the t-mobile and shows that it is connected. however the indicator on the watch face does not come on. I also see little “?” in the 3g indicator button.

This is interesting because I have 2 d5 watches and the mobile card works fine in my other phone. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply Lokifish. I’m not sure how to check APN values.if it’s not too much of a problem, can you give me some instructions on this? As I stated, this is strange because my other D5 watchb works fine on the network. I’m using the same sim card for Both watches.

I exprienced similer issue. therefore i reset my watch and solve the issue.

I was facing a similar issue and it got fixed by restoring the IMEI no.

How do you restore the IMEI no?

I did it following the steps in the link

I can’t find my imei no, not in the watch or on the box (X1), must be 15 digits

Press *#06# on the keypad for the imei no.

Then it tells me no imei no
