@Fabio If your question is related to Tasker+autoimput - I have no idea.
If you want to disable built-in simple gesture activated watchface, then go to “Settings / Gesture / Screen on rising” and disable it.

In smartwatch settings you can’t change it. So you need some workaround. Like you said tasker can be a solution, for sure there are some xposed modules that can do the job. Also there are apps like Smart Screen on off which wake up your phone with gestures.
However all of them are battery killers because they prevent the deep sleep. I would never use them for such a fancy feature.
