Hi Pablo,
I indeed performed a factory reset & full proper reinstall of the launcher and every other apps… no change.
I assume to be one of the few using a Universal Launcher on the LemX… It showed almost mandatory if using it as a standalone phone.
Anyway, thanks for the answer, I’ll go check around Eric’s support thread.

i got OTA the latest but i am having problems that the screen its not turning on when i get the notification, did factory reset
What is the version after taking the OTA?
They were talking about having vibration only for alerts.

How long have you had your LEMX?
You will only get the 20181217 firmware if you have the new touch panel.
The only difference in this firmware is a new touch panel driver.
Otherwise it is exactly the same as the previous release.

It is backwards compatible so it is fine to use it on any LEMX.

I just got the OTA 20181217 and my lemx is one of the very first.
So it’s not only the touch panel driver.
I’ll let you know when I get more info.
It’s literally a matter of time usually.
They release it in batches accross various countries.
Don’t worry though because I do have the full version firmware and I will upload it soon.

How do I find out why I don’t get OTAs? Is there anything that can be done to fix it?

I think I read something about it from you before, so why I am getting the OTA on my watch I believe is the first batch, I will keep this one out . It doesn’t make sense I got vibration only that’s stupid
