Today they told me they had sent an hour. But I got a weird track to track something like this S000024270473. I bought an hour on Aliexpress in a licensed Lemfo store. Can you tell me at least those who bought in Aliexpress whether they got this tracking number or RB603626245SG. So far, everything I bought has got this kind tracking number RB603626245SG. Please explain someone who knows. Thanks in advance

Guys, this is Aliexpress working with Singpost. All the parcels transit in Singapore. Don’t worry. Mine tracking number was RB616009445SG.

Tracking information is temporarily unavailable. That's the only tracking number I get. I told them it's been 48 days since I paid and to find out where it is or send me a refund. This isn't my first Chinese rodeo I have bought a lot of stuff from Banggood and Gearbest it took awhile to get here but never even close to this long. Not happy with the Lemfo store.

I guessing you have not read the post regarding the screen problem with the LemX. Several owners on the forum have had the issue with watches recently received. There is a post in the LemX board about it. I understand they stopped production to fix the issue. Personally I would hope if I had ordered one, I'm waiting until all the bugs are dead, I would hope it is being delayed so I won't receive one of the defective ones and have to go through the cumbersome process of returning it for a replacement. Just my opinion.

The latest info I have is below and I still can’t find a tracking number on the AliExpress page regarding my order. I ordered the watch 49 days ago.

Bought the watch for the IP67 waterproof. Wore the watch to the gym for the first time on the first day and sweat entered the SIM compartment causing corroded SIM connectors and unstable SIM detection. Returning the watch is not an option due to expensive return shipping fee and custom tax paid. SAD!

weird, i have been with the watch over a month now and i workout everyday at least 2hrs and i live in very hot area which humidity is very high about 65% and still my watch runs like charm and i had bad experiences in the past with watches which did'nt have ipxx and yes they stopped working quite fast after getting them but i have the kw99 which also no ipxx and it is still working but the lem x is a beast:) same with lem4 pro.

i am really impress with the watch the battery life is super good and the bluetooth connection is awesome and connect by itself, the only problem that i have now is my Iphone is running out of battery, the wiiwatch2 app is using or consume almost 40% of the battery, but i do some others things, i want to know in android phone side.

I checked the cover rubber seal and it is ok. But I noted the black silicone seal surrounding the SIM tray has one part with some defect.

i will show some pictures, get some film screen protector better than the band aid, is clear, anti scratch, waterproof, flexible, no much finger print, hold better and you can cover the heart monitor too, get the 50mm for the back and if you want to cover the front and the whole area including the alloy bezel get 56mm

are you going to replace the watch?

Morning . Practically impossible to return from the UK . Tried before with IQI watch etc . However i do have a cunning plan :+1:

Stay tuned

Mate, I just got my mum to post me a LEM4 that was sent to my UK address and had no problems at all.

It seems that you are allowed to send watches that have a battery.

I have used both the post office and cheap couriers like fastaway without problems.

I was like you - looking at the website and thinking that my mum was gonna get nicked when she posted it… lol

But she took it into the post office and they did it all for her. Wrapped it, weighed it and sent it.

So it’s worth physically going to the post office.

As for the speaker and / or microphone getting problems…
You can see from this photo how it is possible to over pack the surrounding area and cause possible issues…

Speaker and mic are on the left.
Speaker has white packing over it as you can see…
I’ll probably pull it out a bit more when I get time… Bearing in mind that this is a fully working watch

Wao the display adapter is big, thats why the flat tire,Pablo11 the glass display is cut or still round it. they maybe left a piece of material that is blocking , this is suppose to be a ceramic speaker for waterproof purpose, the is easy to open,is look like is glue it

I absolutely DON’T recommend anyone tries this because my display is now fragmented because I did this.
This is an old pre production sample.

I certainly would not be doing this on a watch I had just purchased!! Yes it still works but I ruined the display by removing it. It is so fragile that even the most gentle removal of the screen ended up with permanent black lines accross it :astonished:

This is just for information ONLY!!

Anyway, the screen is completely covered by the touch panel. There is no way to remove the little black area from the bottom of it because the controller connects in this area - to give us real edge to edge coverage - this was the price to pay.

Actually, on further investigation I was obviously wrong about the location of the mic.
The speaker IS the white area on the left just above the button, but the mic is on the right also covered in white in the photo.

The interesting thing is that the white stuff is silicon sealant. Which could explain accidental blockage of the vents/holes during assembly.

By the way,
People waiting for their watches - I was told that there was a problem with the touch panels in the last delivery of components at the factory.
So they were all rejected and new ones were delivered.
So the assembly process was delayed for a few days and I guess it has affected the delivery time on the last orders…

I was sick for a few days so I am a bit late giving you this information. All the orders should have gone out now.

Thanks mate but confused . It was in the post office i was stopped / refused twoce ? The restrictions applied to sending from uk to china only ?

Tim And Pierce Collins
It must be those Up Norf post offices… lol
But seriously, I don’t understand why they are giving you hassle?

The other way around it is to get the cheapest delivery company to take it.
I say this because they don’t have the same problem.

In fact you can see this on their websites (delivery companies I mean)

I also think it’s bollox - especially since the UK accepts all incoming watch deliveries but you can’t return it?

As I said before, it wasn’t until I actually got my mum to go to the post office that we found that it was ok to send it.

Fair enough mate . I’ll look into this further and thanks for the advice :+1:

Enjoy your weekend
