i suspect the windows runs on my tablet has the problem and not the tablet maybe controlled by the manufacturer or supplier from china because its chinese tablet i will re install a fresh windows os and find out if that is th causes because i know how to flash and ive done this before when i had macbook running winows 7.thanks for your help
