clear data and cache of the app on the phone and see if it fixes the problem if not uninstall and reinstall the app again on the phone.

Thank you for the video it does make it easier to see what is going on.

However, I still cannot get it to pair even when I unpair from the usual BT and only try and search thru the wii app.

I also uninstalled the phone wii and reinstalled it however still no joy.

I cannot see in the wii app where to kill the cache however I killed the whole storage cache but still no good.

Really strange altho it seems there are many on the PlayStore who cannot also pair with it, even with the KW99 same as mine.

I have 2 KW99s, each with their own phone and both suffer the same fate.

Is there another program which will work the work?

Thanks again for the help…

Thanks… The video is a great help in showing what should be happening, except mine still will not connect.

I have unpaired both in Galaxy Note 8 and KW99 and but sure BT was on in both.

Doing what the video says, my Search shows the red Search light but nothing happens.

I did notice something strange but I am trying to find how it happened.

Somehow whilst trying to get the wii watch app going, The Auto Android Car App opened on my phone and showed all the connections etc.

I tend to think that that is maybe my trouble… the Auto Android Car app is maybe on the same BT frequency as the car app.

The Car app came when I bought the car and allows me to BT to the LCD screen for maps etc.

Could this be my problem?

I am going to try and re[eat what happened and when I do will report back here.

try wiiwatch instead of wiiwear.

It is wiiwatch I have been trying to use, but will try wiiwear now.

Should I uninstall wiiwatch from both phone and watch first?

I have tried Watch Droid but can’t seem to get that to work either.

no, just from the phone, but wiiwatch should be just fine after it is updated, have you made sure that is up to date?

Unfortunately they have a conflict and disconnect each other.
Hope this issue will be solved sometimes.

try first to connect only the wiiwatch and clear data and cache with the bt call app and then see if works and just then activate the bt call app.

Hi! Where I must clear data and cache? At the phone there is no bt call app, just a device kw99.

with what do you have problems? with the bt app? are you using any app that need bt also?

Hi!
Problem is that: can’t keep a both connections for a long time. One connection is through WiiWatch and another is through phone BT menu (like a bt headset, needed for BT call).
Usually in a half an hour one of connections is lost.
If connect just one of connections (any of them) - it will work whole day normally.

Nameless wrote about that: “looks like them are fighting for the phone”.

Happy New Year and Merry Christmas!
