I’m currently using the allcall w2 and is connected to my phone via Bluetooth. How do I turn on the sound when I receive notifications? Can please help me?

Have you already turned up the volume in the settings?
If you have then it means that the watch has been made to “vibrate only” to save battery.

If you want to enhance the notifications try " heads up notifications " or " universal launcher " . You will then get " pop ups "
I have been testing it and it works.
At the moment only the Thor Dual model has it but almost all will get an OTA soon with this included.
Probably not the Android 7 watches though. Like the kw88 pro and KW68 etc…
