The watch I bought about 8 months ago is fantastic and works very well.

Unfortunately, something rather embarrassing happened to me yesterday. Yesterday when I took off the watch, the glass covering the heartbeat sensor remained stuck on my wrist.
Given the size, I think it is difficult to glue the piece but in any case it is likely that the inside of the watch will no longer be protected even from simple splashes of water.
I specify that the sim door I have never removed. I wanted to ask if this has happened to any of you and where to buy a replacement SIM cover.

I don’t have this watch but looking at your picture raised my suspicions. I found this picture of the back of an SE and it looks to me like a Sim cover would not help you. I looks like the the sensor cover is part of the sensor and not the Sim cover.

You are right. I found this image. I was hoping it was the lid!

I contacted the seller for a replacement lid. I’ll write to him to find out if he has the adhesive slide or other solution.
