Hi,
I can’t connect my Kospet Prime 2 to Windows 10. First i thought it was the charging cable. I contacted Kospet, and they were so kind to send me a new data cable. But i still cannot connect the smartwatch to the computer.
What might be the problem, any suggestions for a solution?
