Just updated my S7 edge to 7.0 and my kW88 hates it. Keeps disconnecting WII wear , not getting notifications. Can’t get M2D to connect to watch either.
Any ideas.
Same here, after I updated mine to 7.0, watches keep disconnecting.
Please hang on. We are working on a new version of the BT app - I am beta testing it for the firmware guys. It is so much better and seems ok with Nougat and I phone 7. More news when it comes…
Thanks for the response but my KW88 is stuck in a loop of starting up then restarting after less then 30 seconds. Even when powered off it turns itself on. I have let it drain the battery but when plugged in it still does it so can’t reset it or connect to a computer as it’s never on long enough.
Just trying to decide is it worth getting another one or up grade to the X5 plus as I already own a X5.
I found the KW88 battery much better then the X5. More research again
@Andrew_Gittens we should be talking about this in the tech support forum but - how about gently (because the plastic is shite !) remove the rear cover and disconnect the battery. Leave for 40 seconds and then reconnect and flash latest stock firmware with “firmware upgrade” selected in SP Tools.
I saw the comments about removing the battery. But with it being less then 2 months old I’ve gone for a refund.
